A Little Bit Easier

My Process

I coach my clients the way that I was lucky enough to be coached: with absolute belief in the power of their dreams, an unshakable commitment to co-creating a framework and strategy for their creation and helping them to make them come true.

When we decide to work together, you and I will meet by your choice of phone, zoom or Google Meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, for either 13 or 26 weeks (which works out to 3 or 6 months). During that time we’ll create a safe space to work in — a kind of “virtual cocoon” — where we’ll be able to ask questions, look more deeply at any of the limiting beliefs that have ever held you back, and (maybe for the first time) really get to know and find ways of addressing the areas of your life where you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, limited or in any way “less than equal to”. Once we understand these obstacles better, we can try out some new ways of approaching things, without judgment.

And that’s the key, right there: complete support, without any judgment, because judgment is the killer of dreams and the crusher of lives.

So, who could you be, or become, and what would you achieve, or design, create or build — and how many others could you help, by doing so — if you had me in your corner, backing you up and supporting you in your exploration of new ideas and creation of new possibilities, if you knew you couldn’t fail, wouldn’t be letting anyone down and you’d finally be fully appreciated and encouraged for every single step you made in the right direction?

And when it comes to the idea of “failure” (because I know a lot of people are concerned with that), I have just one question:  if you're “just trying something out" (like a new restaurant or a pair of socks), is there really any way to fail at it?

If not, let’s “just try out” a few different ways of doing things, and see how they improve your life!
